All “Last Call” items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase or delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with the original price tag attached and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color (subject to stock availability).
If the desired item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but the replacement item will be shipped at no additional charge.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a refund upon verification.

Customized or altered products
